Sheri Aldridge is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings For You (NBFY), Inc., a local nonprofit organization in downtown Dayton, Ohio. For more than 20 years, Sheri has worked passionately to ensure children, teens, and adults have access to high-quality direct care, transition assistance, and crisis intervention services that provide the support and stability needed to overcome barriers that hinder achieving success.

Sheri sees the worth in every human being and helps them to see the same in themselves. That spirit keeps her going and growing after more than two decades. Sheri continues to use her extensive experience and expertise to create and improve the NBFY approach to helping young people, adults, and families navigate foster care systems and social service organizations and connect them with mentors and educational and employment opportunities.

A long-time and avid community volunteer, Sheri serves on various boards and regularly offers frontline assistance with efforts that support the needs of youth and families.

Under Sheri’s leadership, NBFY is well-positioned to inspire hope in individuals through compassionate empathy.
